The Goulding Sleep Talk Technique ™ is an enlightened and practical process of assisting children to maximize their individual potential. It is based on the fundamental principles of how the human mind and brain function.

The Goulding Sleep Talk Technique ™ assists parents to create an environment in which a child’s self-esteem and confidence grows and flourishes and as a consequence helps a child to reinforce, or if necessary re-establish, a positive attitude to life. The process enhances a child’s ability to take control of their thinking and decision making, to develop attitudes which will promote their quality of life.

The Goulding SleepTalk Technique™ has been developed by Joane Goulding in 1970′s, and has  two primary goals in mind. Firstly, to establish a basic positive belief structure in all children alike; and secondly, to work with specific suggestions to advance individual goals.

The Goulding Sleep Talk™ process takes only a few moments of the parent’s time each evening, once the child is asleep, with positive feedback of change expected within 21 days. For parents it is simple and easy to use and suits all children – from the gifted to the average to the challenged – to enhance their self esteem and belief in themselves. It can’t be “done wrong”. It’s absolutely safe, ethical and positive.
